PEI Certified Organic Producers Cooperative (COPC) in collaboration with Food Exchange PEI, will host a six session, bi-weekly, food skills workshop series featuring local, organic foods and culinary techniques in a variety of cooking demos. Thank you to the Department of Agriculture and the Agri-Food Promotion Program for assistance in funding this workshop series.
The workshop series will begin Thursday, February 15th (with Darcie Lanthier talking about ferments) and run every *second* Thursday thru Thursday April 26, 2018 from 6:00 – 8:30 pm.The host venue is the PEI Farm Centre.

April 12 – Bethany Vessey , RD : “How to Make a Nutritionally Balanced Vegetarian Meal with your CSA Box”
April 26 – Lucy and Sally Bernard: “Using the Whole Chicken”
Snow dates for each session will take place same time, same place on the following Thursday (e.g. Thursday February 15th workshop moves to Thursday, February 22nd).
Cost is $10.00 per session. Registration fees cover instructor honorarium as well as food and materials. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
