Research and Events
The PEI COPC organizes and hosts a variety of projects and events for both its members and the wider community. We also offer a number of food- and farming-related workshops each year, with topics ranging from saving seeds to making your own soup stocks.
The climax of our events calendar is usually the annual Organic Harvest Picnic: an evening of outdoor feasting and fun, featuring a dinner prepared from our members’ products.
The COPC is also engaged in gathering information about subjects that are of interest to our members. Reports on our diversely-themed research projects are all freely available on our website (see Research and Reports).
