Communications and Events Management

12 week term position, 37.5 hours/week

 

PEI Certified Organic Producers Cooperative (PEICOPC) and PEI Woodlot Owners Association (PEIWOA) both non-profit industry organizations have a 12 week term position focused on communications and event development and scheduling.

 

Duties will include but not limited to:

Assist in a successful implementation of an established communication plan.

Assist in development and delivery of a series of workshops and events

Member maintenance and recruitment

Research

 

Education and Experience:

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, with experience in communications and research. They will have an ability to work independently and possess skills in member engagement and recruitment , public and member education and be prepared  to undertake other duties as required.

 

Successful candidate should have a combination of post secondary education and experience and knowledge of non-profit organizations.

 

Work location:

Farm Centre, 420 University Avenue, Charlottetown, PE
