President:  Lauren King | Soleil’s Farm

Lauren King is co-owner/farmer at Soleil’s Farm, a certified organic vegetable farm in South Melville, Prince Edward Island. Working alongside their partner Soleil Hutchinson, Lauren helps grow a diverse range of seasonal organic vegetables while contributing to the farm’s collaborative approach to local food production.

Lauren is passionate about ecological farming, healthy soils, and strengthening connections between farmers and the communities they feed. Through Soleil’s Farm’s CSA programs, wholesale relationships, and participation in the Growers Station food hub, Lauren helps bring fresh organic produce to Islanders while supporting a resilient local food system.

Vice-President:  Bradley Davies  |  Two Rivers Farm 

Bradley Davies operates Two Rivers Farm alongside his partner Lisa MacDonald on Prince Edward Island. The farm specializes in certified organic, grass-fed and grass-finished Dexter beef, raised using regenerative practices that support soil health and ecological balance. Bradley is passionate about raising cattle in a way that prioritizes animal welfare, healthy pastures, and long-term stewardship of the land.

Through their Beef CSA program, Two Rivers Farm connects local consumers directly with Island-raised organic beef, helping strengthen relationships between farmers and the communities they feed. Bradley’s approach reflects a commitment to sustainable agriculture, transparent food systems, and producing high-quality beef while improving the health of the farm’s soils and pastures.

Treasurer:  Willie Bevan | Ella’s Forest

Willie owns and operates Ella’s Forest, the province’s largest Certified Organic wild blueberry farm. Named after Willie’s daughter, the farm is focused on conserving pollinator habitat and preserving the valuable ecological resources across the more than 300 acres under production. A mad innovator,  Willie is continuously looking to develop new value-added products to add his consumer offerings.

Aman Sedighi | A-OK Gardens

Aman operates A-OK Gardens  in Brookfield, growing  certified organic fruit, vegetable and herb crops. Aman supplies Growers Station, a local food aggregator and distribution hub, and also sells at the Charlottetown Farmer’s Market and the Downtown Sunday Market in Charlottetown.
