The PEI COPC and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada will host an organic hemp field day on August 17 (9 am, AAFC Harrinton research farm), with representatives from Saskatchewan, Ontario, Quebec, and PEI presenting on various aspects of producing, breeding varieties suitable for our Island conditions and purchasing requirements. Cost is free and all are very welcome to attend. You are asked to please confirm your attendance with Stephanie as soon as possible to facilitate planning.
