On June 30 we had our first kitchen meeting / farm tour at Atlantic Grown Organics
. It was a very informative evening with Marc and Krista explaining their system for growing, packaging and storing their crops.
We saw the beneficial insects that they use and how they keep them healthy, as well as how they prune tomatoes, and cucumbers in their operation.
